StoryTrail generates and delivers personalized bedtime stories by email, based on the child profile information you provide. Stories are created using AI and are intended for entertainment and bedtime use. While we make every effort to keep content gentle, age-appropriate, and consistent with the guidelines we set, you're responsible for reviewing story content before sharing it with your child if you have any concerns.
StoryTrail offers a free trial period covering your first few stories. After the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis at the rate shown at signup, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account management page, effective at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date, and for any activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your child for the purpose of personalizing stories.
You agree not to use StoryTrail for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service, or to misuse the platform in any way that could harm us or other users.
Stories generated for your account are yours to read, save, and share personally. The StoryTrail name, branding, and underlying technology remain our property.
StoryTrail is provided "as is." We do our best to ensure reliable delivery and appropriate content, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that every story will be free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoryTrail is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice on our site. Continued use of StoryTrail after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
